Real Estate Success Story – How to Market an Expired Listing

The right marketing for a listing is vital to making a sale. Things like, creative staging and compelling videos are powerful tools to selling your home faster and for the best possible price. 80% of my business is marketing properties. A number of them are what we call in the industry “expired” listings that failed to sell. I have had great success with selling these kinds of listings and for this reason, some of my clients refer to me as the “real estate” doctor.

My latest “expired listing” story is 1049 Fifth Avenue #11C, a condo that was on the market┬ápreviously for over 300 days. I took over the listing and generated two excellent offers in just 11days. Seeing is believing! Look at the before and after photos of 11C below.
