The Manhattan luxury market $4 million and over was just shy of having its best week of the year with 29 signed contracts. Condos again outsold co-ops 17 to 10. That said it was the highest level of co-op sales since last March. Downtown outpaced the market with 12 contracts however the east side came in closely at 10. The Manhattan luxury market $4 million and over saw 25 contracts signed last week. This is the sixth week straight that the luxury market saw over 20 contracts.  Half of the contracts were new development. Condos outpaced co-ops 19 to 3.
