It was the third week in the row that the Manhattan luxury $4M and over market saw over benchmark numbers with 21 signed contracts. Condos outsold co-ops 13 to 7. One townhouse sold that was located in the West Village. There were 7 co-ops the highest number since last May. Downtown led the market with 8 followed by the Westside with 6. Manhattan Luxury Real Estate Report – November 5th

The $4 million and over Manhattan luxury market saw 24 signed contract last week. It was the second week in a row that the market saw an over 20 benchmark number of signed contracts. Condos led co-ops 16 to 3. 11 of the condos were new development. Five townhouses were in the mix. Downtown led the market with 11 followed by midtown with 8. The $4 million and over Manhattan luxury market had 21 signed contracts versus 17 prior. Condos outsold co-ops 13 to 4. Downtown lead the market 14 contracts followed by the Eastside with 3. The $4 million and over Manhattan luxury market dipped below the benchmark number of signed contracts after enjoying being above the 20 range for two weeks prior. 17 contracts were signed last week.
